V100 never authorized the UNN to perform an investigation on the topic, which made the leadership of V100 angry. He points his out in an attempt to make the V100 leaders look oversensitive and appear to be crybabies. However, If the V100 attempted to investigate the UN without permission, it is highly likely that the UN would see this as spying and declare this action to be “unprofessional”.
2. Opinion and a Couple of Facts

In the real world, news agencies pride themselves on being as unbiased as possible, and allow for a debate to take place, with both sides being represented equally. Has this ever happened on the UNN? No, in fact no one except UN members has ever appeared on the UNN. Exactly what does this mean and why is it important?

These words have become common within the UN to describe the people on the UN blacklist. However, if you ask the average UN member why these people are "terrorist", the only source they can draw upon is the UNN, or the leadership of the UN. It shows that the opinion of the UN's leadership has been forced upon the general UN population.
