What is the United Nations? 

According to General JB172, "The UN was meant as a fun/military clan/group also as to helping in CERTAIN situations and or "wars" from allies with consideration with the council. "

However, I have evidence to prove that JB was incorrect in saying this. 

Analysis 

          Although all of the items boxed in red say that the UN is indeed meant to establish peace. The 1st line in red outlines exactly how it is done. 

"Establish peace to others" is the main item in question here. The main issue is the usage of the word "to". This implies that the UN will BRING peace UPON other clans. Also, in no way did the UN say that they decide when to do so.  JB's statement that it they help under "CERTAIN situations" is contradicted by this. (Lying?) With this interpretation, it is easy to see that the UN is meant to impose peace, regardless of if it was requested or not, raising another question. 

          Since the UN will impose peace upon other clans, does that not mean that they will indeed interfere with clans that want nothing to do with the UN? Again, that statement by JB supports this concept.

          This is a interesting idea. The UN is one of the few clans that have tasked themselves with intervening with clans that wanted nothing to do with them.  This idea  is a fundamental idea within the UN. This would be different from other clans, for example V100 and 501st, who do not TASK THEMSELVES with intervening with clans. Although the V100 and 501st can, it is not a basic ideal of the clan.
