The United Nations Blacklist

          The Blacklist in reality refers to two list. The 1st blacklist is public, and can be found on the UN website. The second list is not publicly available, and is the more complete version of the blacklist. For example, II Power III is not listed on the public list, but is on the classified list.  When the term "blacklist" is used below,  it is referring to the people are on the public list, as well as the people who are assumed to be on the Classified list. 

Who is on the Blacklist?
           Although currently the public black list only list a few former UN leaders,  since many former UN leaders were at one point on the blacklist, it can be assumed that most of them are still on the classified list. This may seem trivial at first glance, but it actually may contain the real reason behind the blacklist.  

Why Former Leaders?

Many former UN leaders were on the blacklist at one point or another

- JLC
- Rano
- Icedemon
-Dark Skillz
-ETC...

If the people on the list are "terrorist" the question then rises... Why are so many former UN leader on the list? Surely JB/Shadow would know better then to promote terrorist to that high of a position. After giving it some thought the reason becomes clear. 

When someone is in a low position in the UN they do not see a lot of the pathetic political games that are played in the upper levels of the clan. However, when someone is in a high position they are exposed to the issues that Shadow/JB create. If they want to do something that is against JB/Shadows' objectives, such as take place in a war, they are simply placed on the list and booted from the clan. This effectively silences any voice of opposition within the clan, and creates a form of dictatorship.

The UN changes leaders almost weekly. Notably, in the recent election,  2/3 candidates were removed for Treason, even though the 3rd person only had 3/58 votes. This shows that although the other two leaders were more popular with the members, their ideas were not the same as JB/Shadow, causing them to be kicked.

The Truth Speech

When the UN is accused of being a dictatorship they immediately point to the "Truth Speech", saying that it ended that era in UN history.  Although the speech was intended to end this, it did not succeed, and may have made the situation worse. 

Before the speech was given, Shadowsniper172 was a dictator leading the UN. JB saw this as wrong and created the speech to end the dictatorship, as well as create a democracy within the UN. After the speech was made it was apparent to Shadow that the only way to stop the UN from falling apart was to act on the speech. 

Following the speech, General JB was given ruling power within the UN, and a council was made. However JB and Shadow were now leading the clan, and wanted control over it. The UN Council quickly became inactive and powerless as a voice of opposition. The speech effectively destroyed a single person dictatorship, and replaced it with a variant of fascism.

The reason why this is bad for the UN is that now there can be no opposition within the UN. JB, who formerly was the only person capable of voicing opposition to the UN, has now been given power and no longer is willing to speak out against the UN. Currently if anyone does speak out in protest of the UN's leadership, they are blacklisted and kicked.
